Dear Ontario Presents members,
Registration is now OPEN for the 2024 Ontario Presents Spring Retreat! The event will be held from June 12th - June 14th, 2024 in Huntsville, on the lands of the Anishinaabe, specifically the Chippewa, Ojibwa and Potawatomi Peoples, who respectfully recognize the terms of the Robinson-Huron Treaty #61 of 1850, and the Williams Treaties of 1923.

The retreat will take place at the Deerhurst Resort, 1235 Deerhurst Drive, Huntsville, Ontario.
Registration:
The deadline for registering for the event is May 31st, 2024 @ 5pm ET.
Full registration - $235 + HST

Refund Policy: Until May 24th, 2024 there will be a $50 admin fee for a cancellation. There will be no refunds for meals. After May 25th, 2024, there will be no refunds.

A very limited number of rooms are available at the Deerhurst Resort. Room rates for single rooms are $195, subject to 8% resort fee and 13% taxes.

2:00 pm - 4:30 pm Presenter 24/25 Seasonal Review Session (Two professional development meetings will take place simultaneously. Presenters are invited to an opportunity to meet with colleagues to review the block booking process for the 24/25 season.)
2:00 pm - 4:30 pm Community Sector Conversation (Booking agents Genny DeMerchant (owner, You Will Love It Live) and Nicole Rochefort (owner, AIM Booking Agency) will co-host a community-oriented session to review a variety of current-day topics that are relevant to industry members across our sector. Agent/Manager/Artist participants are encouraged to send topics to include in the day’s discussions.)
