Returning to Ontario Contact this year, the Facility Managers Meeting is an opportunity to share challenges and successes in an informal setting. This is an open and free meeting.

Ontario Contact is delighted to have ArtsBuild Ontario and the Burlington Performing Arts Centre co-sponsor the Facility Managers Meeting this year.

As part of their sponsorship, ArtsBuildOntario will be assisting with the facilitation of this popular annual meeting. Topics to be covered include:

Health and Safety update
AODA compliance
emergence of creative/cultural hubs as a response to cost-cutting as well as rebranding in the increasingly digitized community
other concerns brought forward by attendees

We will also discuss how future meetings might be structured to maximize usefulness to participants.

You do not have to be a facility manager to benefit from attending. All presenters using a facility for their programming whether as a manager or renter will gain from the discussions. We encourage you to pre-register by clicking the link below.

Following the meeting, participants are invited to join On the Road Again, a professional development day for artists, from 3:00-5:00 pm to connect with artists at their final session.
